Providing clinical nursing care and leadership in care homes, hospitals and supported living services across the UK.
Delivering specialist mental health nursing care across hospital, community and secure settings.
Providing specialist nursing care for people with learning disabilities, supporting independence in line with person-centred care plans.
Supporting registered nurses with personal care and daily living tasks in care homes and healthcare settings, under supervision.
Supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex care needs to live independently, in line with individual care plans.
Providing one-to-one support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and stay connected to their community.
A clear route for career progression, from entry-level care roles through to coordination and leadership.
Career progression is supported through structured training, regular supervision and appraisals. Development plans are agreed individually with each member of staff.

Ongoing Development: Registered nurses are supported with NMC revalidation, and care staff can work towards recognised qualifications through approved training providers.
