Career progression is supported through structured training, regular supervision and appraisals. Development plans are agreed individually with each member of staff.

Essential Requirements

All candidates must meet the following before they can be placed in a care setting.

  • Right to Work in the UKChecked in line with Home Office guidance before any offer is confirmed
  • Enhanced DBS CheckA current Enhanced DBS, ideally registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
  • Relevant QualificationsA valid NMC PIN for registered nurses, and recognised care qualifications for other roles
  • ReferencesAt least two references, including your most recent employer
  • Safeguarding AwarenessAn understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the CQC's fundamental standards of care
